Terms and Conditions

1. The products and the packages are in good condition  before they are sent to customers. We are not responsible for any damages or lost (partial or whole) of the packages that may occur after we sent the package(s) for any reasons. We are also not responsible for any late arrival of the package (s).

2. We will inform the contact number of the shipping line so that the customer  could check whether their packages have arrived (only packages to Malaysia).

3. If the package is returned back to us (because nobody at home, wrong address, etc) , we can resend it to customer after we receive delivery cost.  If there is no response from the customers within a month from the date we inform the customers, the items will be given to charity. No replacements or refund will be made.

4. We expect to receive full payment (including delivery cost) for every confirmed order within three working days. If we have not received confirmation within three days, orders will no longer be held and considered cancelled.

5. A full upfront payment is also expected for any special order or made-to-order item.

6. When the transaction has made, we assume the Customer has agreed and read this terms and condition. We will not responsible for any complains caused by the failure of reading this terms and conditons.
